Welcome Scotland!

Ingredientes:
5 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 lata de tomate já cortado
2 alhos picados
1 cebola média picada
2 cenouras aos cubos
200g de cogumelos laminados
2 talos de aipo às tiras
1/2 copo de lentilhas verdes cozidas
1 colher de sopa de molho inglês
1 colher de sopa de farinha
4 colheres de sopa de vinho tinto
1/2 copo de caldo de legumes
1/2 copo de ervilhas congeladas
1/2 colher de sobremesa de alecrim
1/2 colher de sobremesa de tomilho
sal q.b.
pimenta preta q.b.

Ingredientes puré de batatas:
6 a 7 batatas médias
200ml de leite natural de soja
1 colher de sopa de Toffuti Natural sour cream
1/2 colher de sobremesa de noz moscada
sal q.b.
pimenta preta q.b.

1. Picar os alhos, cebola, cortar aos cubos a cenoura e cortar o aipo em tiras.
2. Descascar as batatas e por ao lume numa panela com um pouco de sal.
3. Numa panela com água (sem sal) cozer as lentilhas.
4. Numa frigideira bem grande aquecer o azeite e juntar: a cebola, alhos, cenouras, cogumelos e aipo e deixar que fiquem tenros.

5. Adicionar uma colher de sopa de farinha e mexer bem durante cerca de 1 minuto.

6. Juntar o vinho tinto e mexer bem.

7. Escorrer as lentilhas e juntar à frigideira, mexer tudo bem e temperar com sal e pimenta.

8. Adicionar a lata de tomate já cortado e as especiarias (alecrim e tomilho).

9.  Juntar o caldo de legumes (o meu estava congelado)

10. Juntar o molho inglês.


11.Deixar cozinhar por 10 a 15 minutos.
12. Adicionar as ervilhas.

13. Escorrer as batatas, desfazer as batatas com um garfo, adicionando aos poucos os 200ml de leite de soja.

14. Adicionar uma colher de Toffuti natural ao puré de batatas.

15. Num pirex colocar a mistura que fizemos na frigideira e tapar com puré.



16. Vai ao forno por 15 a 20 minutos a 130ºC.

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 can of tomato
2 minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
200g of sliced ​​mushrooms
2 stalks of celery cut in strips
1/2 cup cooked green lentils
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (vegan)
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons red wine
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
salt
Black pepper

Mashed potatoes Ingredients:
6 to 7 medium potatoes
200 ml of natural soy milk
1 tablespoon of sour cream Natural Toffuti cream
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
salt
Black pepper

1. Mince the garlic, onion and carrot into cubes and cut celery into strips.
2. Peel the potatoes and the put them in a pan with a little salt in high heat.
3. Boil the lentils in a pot with water (no salt).
4. In a very large skillet heat the oil and add the onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms and celery and let it become tender.
5. Add a tablespoon of flour and stir well for about 1 minute.
6. Add the red wine and stir well.
7. Drain the lentils and add to pan, stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.
8. Add the can of tomato already cut and add the spices (rosemary and thyme).
9. Add the vegetable broth (mine was frozen).
10. Add Worcestershire sauce.
11.  Cook for 10-15 minutes.
12. Add the peas.
13. Drain the potatoes and mash the potatoes with a fork, gradually adding the 200ml soy milk.
14. Add a tablespoon of natural Toffuti cream.
15. In a baking dish place the mixture and cover ​​with the mashed potatoes.
13. It goes to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 130 º C.
